Ideas for Submissions

Given that the Linera project is still early, you will be working with the recently launched SDK. The possibilities for applications will be more limited at this time. Ideally, you will create a project that’s designed to take advantage of the future Linera infrastructure. 

Many web3 applications are currently optimized for a single chain. This makes sense for applications that require a shared state between all users, such as AMMs, order books, and flash loans. However, many applications are more naturally organized in terms of user accounts and objects. Linera’s vision is to provide blockchain infrastructure that enables such applications at scale.

Here are some examples of applications and features that take advantage of Linera’s unique architecture:

• Micro-payments

• Messaging

• Web3 Social i.e. Data news feeds, decentralized versions of social networks such as Twitter, Reddit, or Linkedin

Our team has created Demo Applications for you to use as a starting point. Adding improvements to these demo apps qualify for submission. Check them out:
